Admissions Representative - TX - On Site

Position Summary
The Admissions Representative handles all incoming telephone inquiries, vetting appropriately to qualify clients and coordinate admissions. The ideal candidate has experience in metric driven sales settings and a passion for helping others. Another core function of the Admissions Department is coordinating transportation operations by acting as a liaison between drivers and facilities, as our company offers transportation as part of their program. Admissions Representatives are primarily responsible for the admission into the facility and maintaining communication between the organization and patient referrals. Essencial Duties and Responsabilities
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and emails from potential clients and referral sources.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, referral sources, and other external and internal clients
- Coordinate transportation needs for clients.
- Verify medical insurance.
- Develop a working knowledge of Salesforce, Five9, Pverify, Samsara, etc.
- Coordinate operations between various departments.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
