Position Summary
The Channel Partner Manager will play a critical role in accelerating growth through partnerships. This position is responsible for building and managing strategic alliances, optimizing partnership processes, and driving joint go-to-market initiatives.
Job Schedule: 9AM - 5PM EST
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, with a focus on long-term value creation.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
- Leverage scalable processes to manage the full partner lifecycle—from acquisition to enablement to performance tracking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product to support partner needs and align on joint strategies.
- Regularly report on KPIs, partner performance, pipeline impact, and revenue contribution.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, including co-branded campaigns, trainings, and events, in collaboration with our Channel Marketing Manager and the partner.
- Be the internal advocate for partners, ensuring they have the resources, tools, and support needed to succeed.
- Meet or exceed all quotas and metrics provided by leadership.
- Travel may be required occasionally to attend team onsite meetings, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions. This may include air travel, ground transportation (including cars, taxis, or rideshare services), and in some cases potential public transportation.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education (including other relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs).
- At least seven years' experience in channel, strategic partnerships, or business development within the HR tech, payroll or PEO space.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling partnership programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Global partnerships experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
- Good experience with partner management platforms.
