Position Summary

The Sales Executive – Software Solutions has a technology industry background and a strong track record in selling software solutions and IT services in the U.S. market. The position requires extensive experience prospecting, closing enterprise deals, and managing long-term client relationships. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the software and technology sector, with a focus on custom development, data solutions, RPA, infrastructure, and security.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, leveraging cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Lead software demonstrations, address technical inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, ensuring both profitability and high customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop the sales team, providing guidance on consultative sales, negotiation strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, generate insightful reports for management and recommend improvements to commercial processes.
  • Responsible for driving to various client sites and sales events in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company safety protocols.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
  • Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
  • Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education & Experience

  • Awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, CRM systems, and sales cycle management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and communicate with leaders and team members.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and manage client expectations.

  • Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations.
