Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Travel locally (within ~15 miles) to conduct on-site freight inspections
  • Evaluate shipments and document freight damage or packaging issues
  • Capture high-quality photos and detailed notes of inspected goods
  • Submit accurate inspection reports using the proprietary online templates
  • Ensure reports are completed and submitted within 3 business days
  • Maintain professionalism and reliability when representing the company to clients

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed during inspections
  • Ownership of:
