Position Summary
The Virtual Sales Representative is responsible for conducting outbound calls to warm leads, managing a structured sales pipeline, and guiding prospects through the full sales process for the company's crypto, blockchain, and metaverse offerings. This includes initial outreach, follow-up, sending presentations and contracts, and monitoring each deal until payment is received. The representative must consistently use the CRM for tracking all activity and maintain required daily call metrics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company.
- Communicate clearly and professionally about the company's crypto, blockchain, and metaverse products or services.
- Send presentations, documents, proposals, and contracts to qualified prospects.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline daily using the company CRM.
- Perform timely follow-ups through phone, email, or messaging platforms until the prospect completes onboarding or payment.
- Maintain required call volume and outreach benchmarks at all times.
- Document all communication, updates, and deal progress in the CRM.
- Track each prospect's stage, contract status, and payment timeline.
- Identify patterns, objections, or process gaps and report them to sales leadership.
- Follow all scripts, communication standards, and compliance guidelines set by the company.
Performance Expectations
- Achieve daily and weekly outbound calling requirements.
- Keep CRM activity updated in real time with all notes and progress.
- Move leads through the pipeline efficiently and professionally.
- Meet established conversion, contract, and payment-completion goals.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up cadence until deals are finalized.
- Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to Spirit Capital standards at all times.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong verbal communication and phone presence.
- Ability to follow structured sales scripts and processes.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when tracking pipeline activity.
- Comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously and maintaining consistent follow-up.
- Reliable, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Education & Experience
- Experience using a CRM for logging calls and managing sales stages.
- Sales or call center experience preferred.
