Position Summary

The Stock Associate plays a critical role in supporting the operational excellence of our Exclusive Membership Club. This individual ensures merchandise is properly received, organized, stocked, and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a structured environment with clearly defined daily routines. Stock Associates also interact with members and staff while working on the floor, contributing to a premium and service-forward environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory Receiving & Processing

  • Remove merchandise from boxes, pallets, and incoming deliveries.
  • Inspect all merchandise for damage, imperfections, or expiration issues.
  • Log defective or damaged items according to company procedures.
  • Scan items and accurately enter product information into the inventory system.
  • Print and apply price tags or product labels.

Stockroom Organization & Maintenance

  • Place inventory in designated storage areas within the storeroom or warehouse.
  • Maintain optimal storage conditions for goods, ensuring product safety and quality.
  • Coordinate retail space and stockroom activities, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment.
  • Dispose of empty boxes, packaging materials, pallets, and other waste.
  • Utilize tools and equipment such as inventory scanners, cutting tools, and labeling devices.

Sales Floor Support

  • Fill shelves, racks, and display fixtures with new merchandise.
  • Return misplaced or abandoned items back to their proper locations.
  • Keep the store environment clean, polished, and visually appealing using approved display techniques.
  • Provide customer service when present on the floor, assisting members or redirecting them as needed.
  • Support the Retail and FOH teams to ensure the club maintains a smooth product flow and premium guest experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Friendly personality and positive attitude, enabling strong teamwork and member assistance.
  • Detail-oriented with sharp observation skills to identify flaws, damages, and irregularities.
  • Strong memorization skills to learn store layout and product categories.
  • Excellent listening and communication abilities to follow instructions from Supervisors and Managers.
  • Basic computer literacy for operating inventory control software and scanning devices.
  • Ability to remain upright and mobile throughout most of the shift.
  • Knowledge of proper safety protocols to prevent injuries and maintain safe working conditions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization.

 Education & Experience

  • Prior stock, warehouse, retail, or inventory experience preferred but not required.
