Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all NetSuite-related questions, technical issues, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and system access while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for leadership and customer service teams.
  • Support workflows for order processing, invoicing, returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
  • Maintain accurate item records, pricing, and customer data in NetSuite.
  • Collaborate with Oracle NetSuite support and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide team training on NetSuite best practices and new features.

Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Total RESA's products and services.
  • Manage and update company website content, including product and category descriptions.
  • Maintain social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to showcase projects, success stories, and industry news.
  • Create and distribute marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotions, trade show participation, and community events.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business development goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of order processing, customer service workflows, and data management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and balance technical and creative responsibilities.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in NetSuite (Oracle) support, ERP administration, or similar role.
  • Marketing experience (digital, social media, content creation, or campaign management).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Restaurant equipment or food service industry experience a plus (not required).
