Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Complete finance applications for customers
  • Handle data entry for invoices and furniture shipments
  • Route and coordinate store deliveries
  • Maintain organized records and general office management tasks

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using technology and performing data entry

Education & Experience

  • Prior experience in sales or office management
  • Must speak English and Spanish
