Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule customer appointments.
- Provide accurate information about services and resolve scheduling-related inquiries with professionalism.
- Use scheduling software and CRM systems to manage calendars, update customer records, and document interactions.
- Proactively reach out to customers regarding upcoming appointments and confirmations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to scheduling with empathy and efficiency.
- Follow communication scripts while adapting to individual customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of all calls and scheduling activities.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve conflicts and improve scheduling processes.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies and enhance service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Knowledge of flooring services is a plus.
Education & Experience
- No prior experience required!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
