Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for our Emissions division based in Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution territory management and account management, with a specialized knowledge in emissions or combustion technologies. This role demands flexibility and technical adeptness to effectively manage and grow our market presence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the designated territory.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on emissions or combustion products to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
