Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Flooring Inspector / Manager to oversee installation crews, manage project quality, and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in flooring or construction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage a team of carpet and hard surface flooring installers
• Perform job site inspections and quality control checks
• Coordinate routing of jobs and resolve installation issues
• Work closely with the warehouse team for product staging and delivery
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
• Background check required

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in flooring or construction (required)
• Flooring inspector certification is a plus, but not required
