Position Summary

Our company is looking for the perfect candidate to fill our position as a sales associate / member concierge for when we open at the all new The Manor mixed use complex in June, 2025! Be the first and last impression for every guest and make each experience matter. Come join our team and be the best part of someone's day. This position is very sales oriented and is compensated on an hourly and bonuses based on sales! This position will begin prior to opening to facilitate our pre-sales campaign which starts in April, 2025.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments.
• Accurately book, change, and cancel client appointments.
• Utilize computers with skill and proficiency.
• Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
• Manage inventory accurately.
• Properly open and close each day according to Salon Procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to manage day-to-day operations to run a salon.
• Commitment to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Listen and address customer/employee complaints and concerns.
• Basic computer skills

Education & Experience

• Salon and/or Gym front desk experience.
• Sales experience is a HUGE PLUS.
• Membership sales experience a BIGGER PLUS!
