Position Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist provides the necessary administrative support to the field sales team and becomes the point of reference on all administrative matters. Attention to detail is absolutely required. The goal is to facilitate the team's sales activities to maximize their performance and minimize their administrative burden as to allow them to focus on their core responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • GHQs /Group Health Poll/MFQs/Client credit information – sent out as received. Turn around time is 1 hr.
  • PHQs sent out at 9am and 4pm daily.
  • Dead deals – sent to Solvo team every Monday from the previous week
  • ITLs – (I know they are going away from me) put in information to SF and CS from email received
  • AOR – Assist Alyah and Yev
  • Prepare CSA packages and Addendum for countersignature & execution
  • Assist Tera with CS where I can until I know more
    • Surcharges
    • BUW
    • Mass updates of Users/DPs
  • Any projects Tera needs completed
  • Prepare proposals for new DPs
  • Assist Sales Ops whith other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent computer skills, especially the Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Editor
  • SharePoint (or similar)
  • DocuSign (or similar)
  • CRM systems, ClientSpace and Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Time Management skills is a must
  • Proficiency with communicating in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication.

Education & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales operations or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  • Undergraduate degree in business administration or relevant field is also considered a plus
