Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant marketing brand team. In this role, you'll be crucial in executing effective marketing strategies, supporting business goals, and enhancing brand awareness. Reporting to the brand leader, your primary focus will be on coordinating various marketing efforts, which include digital campaigns, event management, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with the Marketing team to develop, plan and deploy compelling multi-channel marketing activities that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Work with the Design and Digital team to develop impactful marketing materials and
  • multi-media assets for use in campaigns.
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows
  • Write and edit content for newsletter, case studies, blogs and promotional literature.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • In conjunction with digital team track, analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software applications (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics).
  • Experience in Canva is a plus
