Position Summary

As a Sales Enablement Engagement Manager, your mission is to empower our sales leaders, business consultants, and the entire sales force. Your strategic role bridges the gap between sales strategy and execution, ensuring that our teams have the necessary tools, content, and training to excel in today's competitive market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and support strategic Enablement Solutions, such as:
  • Online learning modules, Instructor-led training sessions, Instructional videos, Job aids, Audio/video scripts, Role-play exercises. With a goal to drive sales performance and goal attainment.
  • Actively support the development and delivery of our sales training curriculum, including:
  • Onboarding programs, Continuous learning initiatives, Specialized training for sales managers
  • Create and roll out a dynamic sales playbook that equips our teams with the tools and techniques needed for excellence in their roles.
  • Communicate our enablement strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders across the organization. Supporting specialists under them to execute on project execution.
  • Facilitate and influence content creation and usage within our sales and marketing teams. Your insights will shape the messaging and materials used by our sales force.
  • Gather feedback from the field to iterate on our enablement strategy.
  • Bridge communication between direct sales teams, demo specialists, product support teams, and specialized sales groups (such as Solvo, PRO, and SDRs). Especially at the sales leadership level. Be available to provide advice to sales team members as required.
  • Be available to assist with escalations/approvals as required.
  • Identify possible feature improvement and new feature opportunities.
  • Participate in ongoing conversations about program enhancements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand technology and ability to work with technical people
  • Strong understanding of HR, payroll and benefits processes
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate product and solution information to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to confidently present product and solution information.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and provide deliverables to agreed timeframes.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor' Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in B2B sales or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the related area of sales enablement or sales training.
