Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven In-House Digital Marketer to join our marketing team and enhance our online presence. This person will drive client engagement, help generate high-quality leads, manage and execute our digital marketing strategies. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our company´s online visibility, client acquisition, and overall brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics.
As an In-House Digital Marketer, you will collaborate closely with our legal and marketing teams to develop campaigns that promote our services and build our digital presence. You will work to improve our SEO rankings, optimize our website, and ensure our digital marketing efforts align with the company´s goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract potential clients, and drive traffic to the firm's website.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Implement SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page strategies, keyword research, link building, and local SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Paid Advertising (PPC):
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Social Media Management:
- Create and manage social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, focusing on building brand presence and engagement with potential clients.
- Content Creation:
- Develop and manage content for the website, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital assets. Ensure content is relevant, optimized for SEO, and resonates with target audiences.
- Website Management & Optimization:
- Work with web developers to optimize the firm's website for both user experience and SEO. Monitor website performance, conduct A/B testing, and ensure the website is mobile-friendly.
- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Create and optimize lead generation strategies, including forms, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns, to convert website visitors into qualified leads.
- Email Marketing:
- Manage email campaigns, including newsletters and drip campaigns, to engage with prospects, nurture leads, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance (using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Legal Team:
- Work closely with attorneys and staff to understand the firm's goals and develop marketing strategies that align with legal services offered.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, personal injury law, SEO, and PPC to ensure the firm is employing the most effective strategies.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of website CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS.
Education & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
