Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Butler to support operations at two sales office locations. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, strong customer service skills, and a polished appearance. As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Essential Duties and Responsabilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the office, including opening and closing duties.
  • Set up and maintain the sales gallery (lights, audio-visual systems, etc.).
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors, offering food and beverages to ensure a comfortable experience.
  • Assist with broker lunches, client meetings, and various events.
  • Prepare and present snacks, beverages, and assist with external catering for events.
  • Manage meeting room setup and assist with office events.
  • Collaborate with the receptionist on daily activities.
  • Maintain and restock inventory for kitchen and beverage supplies.
  • Support sales associates by preparing and delivering marketing materials, handling mailing packages, and making necessary office copies.
  • Ensure the sales gallery, kitchen, and bathrooms remain clean and organized throughout the day.
  • Maintain inventory and order office and kitchen supplies as needed.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
