Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Resturaunt/Bakery Manager to oversee operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. The shift leader's responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, inventory management, ordering supplies, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash up, and reporting any issues to operations.

To be successful as a Restaurant Manager, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. A manager should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.
  • Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
  • Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
  • Coaching team members and training new staff.
  • General cleaning of front of house machines daily
  • Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake.
  • Handling customer issues and employee disputes.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • At least 1 year experience as a Resturaunt or Bakery Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience creating shift schedules.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Confident analytical person.
