Position Summary
As an eCommerce Marketing & Operations Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating our online presence and driving sales through innovative marketing strategies. This position requires a hands-on approach and a willingness to dive into both marketing and eCommerce operations to replicate our existing success and propel us to the next level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of our eCommerce website on the Shopify platform, including product listings, inventory, and content management.
- Work closely with the retail buys to determine product selection and shots needed to support online merchandising features such as home pages, landing pages, and special projects.
- Monitor and report on stock status in collaboration with the Inventory and buying team.
- Oversee technical aspects of the website, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience optimization.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, social media marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive marketing calendars encompassing seasonal, monthly, and daily strategies for content and promotions across all digital platforms aimed at elevating brand awareness and driving conversions.
- Create 3-4 emails per week to send to our customer base highlighting new arrivals, restocks, and popular products.
- Create compelling content and promotional materials to engage our audience and promote our products effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in eCommerce marketing and operations, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Proficiency in Shopify administration and management, including product catalog management, collections, and theme customization.
- Prior experience using digital marketing platforms including Klayvio, Instagram & Google.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website optimization, and digital marketing channels.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take ownership of projects and drive results.
