Construction Coordinator - NC - On Site

Position Summary

A Construction Coordinator is critical to the success of the construction team. Organization, timeliness, and working well under pressure are key attributes to your success, and our company's success. You will be working with multiple PMs, superintendents, vendors, and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Filing, both physical paperwork and digital files.
  • File management in Procore.
  • Plan printing.
  • Change order processing (owner).
  • Weekly report assembly.
  • Request COI's (Accounting to file copies received).
  • Material ordering for projects.
  • Prepare Contracts and Purchase Orders for review by PM and VP of Construction.
  • Keep tracking forms current.
  • Book hotel rooms.
  • Answer phones as backup for receptionist.
  • All other tasks as assigned by the VP of Construction.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to have an organized system.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn other computer programs as needed/required
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Workers must be punctual and reliable.
  • Must work well under pressure.
  • Must work well with others.
  • Dress code is office casual.
  • Must be respectful and professional in all circumstances.
