Position Summary

The Isolved Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of accounts within designated timeframes. The Implementation Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their business and related needs, to analyze existing systems, interface requirements & business processes, and recommend & drive the implementation of the appropriate solutions. This position provides a positive and high-quality service to clients' onboarding with HireLevel and requires thorough understanding of project planning for isolved HCM products, payroll practices and processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of client implementation projects, including project planning, requirements gathering, system configuration, client training, testing, audit review, go-live execution, post-implementation support, and project closure to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive project timelines and key milestones by maintaining exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal project stakeholders, facilitating clear, proactive communication throughout the implementation lifecycle and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Proactively identify, assess, troubleshoot, and resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks, partnering with internal teams and clients to minimize disruption and maintain project momentum.
  • Adapt implementation strategies, workflows, and processes to meet the unique requirements, goals, and complexities of each client project while maintaining best practices and service standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of the full isolved system build and related ancillary products, including but not limited to Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration, Human Resources, and other integrated solutions, ensuring configuration accuracy and client readiness.
  • Independently manage and execute highly complex implementation projects, exercising sound judgment, strategic thinking, and advanced problem-solving skills to achieve successful results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to coordinate project activities, streamline processes, and ensure a seamless client implementation experience.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by anticipating client needs, providing consultative guidance, and maintaining a strong commitment to client satisfaction and long-term success.
  • Build and maintain positive, productive working relationships with clients, leadership, and colleagues through professionalism, collaboration, trust, and effective communication.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned to support departmental objectives, operational initiatives, and the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Regular, onsite attendance is an essential job function due to the need for secure access to systems, collaboration on sensitive technical matters, participation in operational meetings, and hands on involvement. 

Marginal Functions

  • Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
  • Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department. 
  • Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.    

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrates in-depth understanding of HR outsourcing models, PEO operations, compliance requirements, and best practices for delivering integrated HR, payroll, and benefits solutions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise, and professional messaging to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Maintains exceptional accuracy and attention to detail while performing key administrative and operational tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Builds and sustains trusted client relationships, providing consultative guidance and tailored solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Skilled in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting HRIS platforms and CRM tools to support client onboarding, data integrity, and workflow automation.
  • Possesses advanced knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and multi-state compliance to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
  • Applies strong analytical capabilities to interpret client data, identify discrepancies, and develop actionable solutions that improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Delivers clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication to clients and internal teams, including training, documentation, and status updates.

Education & Experience

  • Associates degree preferred or minimum of 5 years of related experience required, or an equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education (including relevant non-traditional degree programs or job training programs) is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and web-based databases.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.

Environmental Conditions

This position is performed in a professional office environment and requires regular use of computers and standard office equipment. The work setting is climate controlled with typical office lighting and low to moderate noise levels. The role involves extended periods of screen time, in person collaboration and meetings, and minimal exposure to physical hazards.
