Position Summary
We're seeking a candidate to help us improve and maintain our internal HR systems to meet the needs of our growing company. You'll be a critical part of our growing company, working on a cross-functional team to manage and improve the internal quality of services and implementing best practices to drive process improvement. As a System Expert, you will work with the internal HR team, service delivery teams, training & operations to drive & control quality across internal HR systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include
The role encompasses a wide range of system, project, and client-facing responsibilities, including but not limited to:
System Analysis & Support
• Test system interfaces to ensure functionality, reliability, and data accuracy
• Diagnose and resolve system issues through root cause analysis
• Troubleshoot and manage system-related issues via Jira ticketing and tracking systems
• Provide post-launch system support to internal HR stakeholders Solution Design & Implementation
• Establish efficient workflows and business processes aligned with organizational needs
• Deliver end-to-end services including configuration, analysis, validation, data mapping, and system integration
• Lead and support activities related to move-to-production, go-live execution, and system transitions
• Ensure the accurate representation of technical expertise prior to distributing solutions to end-users

• Project Management & Execution
• Understand and manage project scope, timelines, and key milestones
• Provide consistent status reports and updates using internal reporting tools
• Support project planning efforts and ensure successful implementation for both internal and external clients
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Consulting
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal HR, guiding them toward optimal business solutions
• Communicate effectively at both technical and high-level perspectives, including system components and touchpoints
• Offer consultative services to address both immediate requirements and long-term strategic needs
• Develop creative, sustainable solutions to support evolving HR objectives
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
• Document processes, configurations, and workflows accurately
• Disseminate critical information to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and
Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, Strong analytical and facilitation skills
• 2-3 years of experience as a quality coach/analyst
• Awareness of 7 QC tools
• Working Knowledge of Excel – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis
• High level of confidentiality
