Position Summary
The IT Recruiter position requires a strong background in the recruiting technology field. This role focuses on sourcing and placing field-based IT professionals who provide on-site technical support across multiple locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for IT Field Service Technician roles.
- Recruit for positions including: Field Service Technicians, Desktop Support Technicians (L1-L3), Helpdesk and On-site support, Hardware Break/Fix Technicians, Network and Cabling Technicians, POS and Retail IT Technicians, Data Center and Small Hands Technicianns.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Boolean search, referrals, and regional technician networks.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, field readiness, customer service, and troubleshooting ability.
- Confirm availability, travel requirements, shift flexibility, certifications (as requested).
- Coordinate interviews and support offer/contract acceptance.
- Submit qualified candidates with clear summaries, pay rate alignment, and location coverage.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or tracking systems.
- Meet time-sensitive hiring deadlines for deployments and ongoing field support needs.
- Regular attendance at the assigned work location for our corporate office locations is an essential job function.
Marginal Functions
- Build, maintain and promote relationships with team members, peers across disciplines, and all other company team members ensuring effective coordination of communications and services affecting clients.
- Attend webinars and training to stay up to date on best practices related to the company and department.
- Complete projects and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to manage full‐cycle recruiting for multiple IT field roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate submission.
- Strong technical screening skills for field‐based IT professionals, including troubleshooting, customer service readiness, and certification verification.
- Proficiency using ATS systems, job boards, LinkedIn Boolean search, and regional technician networks for sourcing.
- Excellent communication, relationship‐building, and coordination skills across candidates, hiring teams, and internal departments.
- Ability to work under time‐sensitive hiring deadlines while maintaining accurate documentation and candidate tracking.
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, skills, certifications, or relevant job‐training programs.
- Experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably within IT or technical support roles.
- Experience working with ATS or candidate tracking systems and recruitment‐related tools.
- Ability to verify logistics such as travel readiness, shift flexibility, and certifications for IT field roles.

- Verbal Communication: Lead planning sessions and team meetings. Provide clear instructions and support for clients, employees and managers.
- Presentation Skills: Present information effectively in training sessions with employees and other departments.
Environmental Conditions
Indoor, office environment. May occasionally have moderate noise level from copiers, printers, or coworkers.
