Outside Sales Representative - TN

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the market
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • People who are ok with working on heights and climbing roofs.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge of technology products and services, particularly in the Spanish market
  • Ok with talking to people.

Education & Experience

  • Experience in account management, business development, or outside sales is preferred
  • Technical sales experience is a plus
  • Graduate from high school not college required.
  • Experience in roofing, construction.
