Outside Sales Representative - TN

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- People who are ok with working on heights and climbing roofs.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of technology products and services, particularly in the Spanish market
- Ok with talking to people.
Education & Experience
- Experience in account management, business development, or outside sales is preferred
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Graduate from high school not college required.
- Experience in roofing, construction.
